The recruitment process we run will vary for each role and region of employment.
Typically, our HR team will review your CV against the criteria for the role. If you meet the criteria you will be asked to complete a phone interview.
The timeframe from application to phone interview can vary. We aim to respond to all applicants as quickly as possible. Once you have applied for a role you should receive a response confirming your application has been received.
If your phone interview goes well, you will then need to attend a series of face-to-face interviews to assess your knowledge of our company and industry, your skills and cultural fit.
Once the interview has been conducted you will be notified of the success of your application. EBG will then provide you with the relevant contract and employment details for you to sign and return.
